People with Aspergers syndrome often benefit from visual eprception interventions

a short video with some of the visual effects in aspergers syndrome (it may take a couple of minutes to load)

A peson with Aspergers syndrome will have a number of a group of symptoms

These include

communication problems
obsessions
sensory processing difficulties
difficulty with idiom - everything is literal
educational variability
dyslexia
dyspraxia
dyscalculia - number problems

We would endeavour to assess
Facial awareness (recognition and emotion)
Visual stability
Visual effects on auditory processing (hearing)
Vestibular processing (balance)
Touch, pressure and pain awareness
Temperature awareness
Olfactory processing (smell)
Taste and swallow
Muscle tonus (strength)
Gait
Processing speed

If necessary a report may be written - there is a charge for the report.

The difference can be profound and it is recommended that everyone with Aspergers syndrome is assessed.
